100% Paul Harris Club
Every new Rotary year, there are new milestones we would like to achieve as a club. One of those milestones is having the club be 100% Paul Harris Fellows. This is a special club designation from Rotary International and when we achieve it, we are identified as a Paul Harris Club in perpetuity.
Our Southeast club has had an enduring impact on the Springfield community, and communities around the world through our giving. The impact you make through becoming a Paul Harris Fellow is not just felt here at home, but in faraway places – helping those who are unable to help themselves. From clean water, to fighting Polio, and everything in between, your contribution to the Rotary Foundation makes an enormous difference in the lives of many. The Rotary Foundation is noted for distributing 91% of donated funds to programs and grants, and earns the highest ratings available from Charity Navigator.
A goal of our club is to become a 100% Paul Harris Fellow club by the 15th of December 2022. We feel this will be a great way to represent the club, lead by example, and support our District Governor, John Horton – a long time SE Rotary member, and past club president.
